The Oryx Sergeant is an enemy found in Oryx’s Sanctuary. It is associated with Chief Beisa and the Sanctuary’s west wing.

Lunges at players and fires directed “beams” of orange arrowheads, with two additional beams fired perpendicular to the original one. The Sergeant will flash before lunging as a warning.
At around half health, it will briefly retreat before enraging, giving its shots boomerang properties and roughly doubling their range.
One of the deadliest minions in Oryx’s Sanctuary, this enemy will rapidly charge at players before unleashing a four-way radial burst attack. Sitting on this enemy when it uses this attack is instant death for most characters. Players should keep a close eye on their surroundings and not rush forward when clearing the dungeon.
When enraged, this enemy’s bursts of shots roughly double in range and gain boomerang properties. Be wary of returning projectiles, as they can instantly kill players who forget about them until it’s too late.
The Sergeant is susceptible to Stun, so Knights should shield bash it once they see it enter the group.
