Notes
This item is unused in game, and only exists within the games code.
This dagger almost always loses to the Dagger of Foul Malevolence in terms of Damage per Second. However, its Reactive Proc is quite useful. The Energized buff could be very useful on Assassin for throwing poisons, on Trickster for teleporting faster or making more decoys, or on Rogue if you do not have a sufficient MHeal pet to permanently cloak. The other two effects can be useful, especially if you are not in a group with Paladins and/or Priests, and the heal is beneficial as well.
It is recommended to use this dagger with a high dexterity set, in order to make the Reactive Proc trigger as often as possible.
Trivia
This item and its description references the viral Vine Comically Large Spoon, also known as Only a Spoonful.
