The Shield Generator is the enemy found in Kogbold Steamworks. They play an integral part in the boss fight against the Factory Control Core.

Does not move or attack. Is summoned in groups of 4 (later 6) by the Factory Control Core at the start of each attack, and is invulnerable for the first few seconds of its lifetime. Destroying all Shield Generators in each phase is required to make the Control Core vulnerable.
