Scorching Water can only be found in the Lair of Draconis during the boss fight with Nikao the Azure Dragon if Pyyr the Crimson Dragon was defeated first.
Scorching Water reduces the players speed to 70% of their normal speed. Scorching Water does 20 damage to the player every damage tick.
