Notes:
Despite inflicting Drunk, the DPS boost provided by this item makes it quite useful. It is particularly useful in groups with buffing capability, or when used in conjuction with Tinctures and Effusions–the stacked effects provide an incredible boost to damage output.
Note that the Drunk effect caused by this item can be removed by Holy Water or the Tome of Purification, eliminating the one downside to its use.

This item was first made available during St. Patrick’s Day 2013, and was sold in the Nexus shop for 250 
.
The Brew was obtainable again during the 2014 and 2015 St. Patrick’s Day events, this time via a mystery box purchased with gold.
This item was next available from the March 2017 daily login calendar, and added as a drop from the Leprechaun. It was also made available as a common drop from the Pot of Gold within Rainbow Road.
Finally, the Brew dropped from the Yellow Leprechaun that replaced the Leprechaun for the 2020 St. Patrick’s day event.
