The name, description, and stat effects are the exact opposite of those for the Omnipotence Ring. Because of the heavy stat penalities, this ring is purely a vanity item and is detrimental in combat.

The sprite for this item is the same as that for the Omnipotence Ring in the original Lost Halls design document.
