While this ring offers a subpar HP boost and a decent boost to vitality, it shines in two ways, the first being the unqiue perk it gives and the second being the buff it gives to the Daevite Progenitor when used together.
When in combat, upon shooting, your character will fire a ring of 12 shots in a cirlce around them expanding outwards 1.4 tiles, staying on the ground for 4 seconds before disapating.
These shots each have the potential to paralyze enemies who walk into them, and deal 350-450 damage, however enemies can only be damaged by each shot once. This gives the ring a theorectical 4200-5400 damage output if every shot lands, however this is practically impossible.
In reality this ring supplies a semi reliable source of paralyze to classes that might not have it otherwise, as long as you are able to either get close to the target or lure it back into the shots left on the ground.
