Notes
The Doom Bow has a very high damage / shot, making it able to one-shot many enemies. It is great against high DEF enemies due to its low firerate and high damage. The main drawback of this bow comes from said firerate. It makes accuracy more important, as each missed shot makes a bigger difference. It also makes it harder to hit fast moving enemies.
This bow outdamages the T12 Bow of Covert Havens starting at ~23 DEF and has a higher true range. It also outdamages the Coral Bow and the Thousand Shot starting at ~15 DEF. Conversely, this bow is outdamaged by the Bergenia Bow starting at 35/32/28 DEF. However, the Doom Bow comes from an easier dungeon and is tradable.
Overall, it is a highly usable bow, and can be used as a primary bow for many stages of the game. It may be wise to carry around another bow for clearing or for higher DPS. Historically, it was often paired with a Coral Bow for this reason.
