This item was first seen in Release 23.2.0 (Sep 2014).
It used to drop in a cyan bag before the addition of orange bags in Patch X.18.0 (Oct 2017).
It no longer drops as of Patch X.31.0.0 (Oct 2018) when it was superceded by the Bloodstone Ring of the Oryx’s Battle Attires Set.
